If you encounter a loop where the login screen continues to appear after you click "Sign In", you will need to reset the "sign in" cookie.
1 Click Do not you? on the login page.
2 Enter your Yahoo! ID and password, then click Sign In.
If that does not fix the problem, try these steps:
1 Clear your browser's cookies.
2 Close and reopen your browser, then try signing in again.
3 If you are having trouble signing directly into Yahoo Mail or another product page, try logging in to the main Yahoo login page.
4 Complete these steps using a supported browser.

If you are locked out for someone else who has learned and changed your password, use the Sign In Assistant to access again. Lock your account with a strong new password, then review your account settings for the changes and undo whatever you did not do.
